Items that are purchased on sale can be returned within 10 calendar days of the purchase date for store credit or exchanged at the same value as when purchased, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.

Except for any products designated on the site as non-returnable, you may exchange your items purchased at full price or return them for store credit within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.

All return items must be unused, and in the original condition. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, LuxeDKM reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

We are not responsible for lost return packages.
